Important Installation Guidelines

1. This fan cannot be installed on ceilings constructed with joists plus gypsum board or wood panels, as these materials may cause noise and wobbling issues.
2. Installation on prefabricated ceilings is not supported. Suitable mounting surfaces include cement concrete and solid wood beams.
3. If your ceiling surface features round or square grooves, please inform our customer service team with the groove’s diameter and depth for accurate assessment and advice.
4. Sloped ceilings are incompatible with this fan model. The beam width must be at least 6 cm, and the ceiling structure should support a minimum weight of 20 kg for safe installation.
