Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship orders internationally to customers around the world. Delivery times and available shipping options may vary depending on your location.


2. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is shipped. 


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method chosen:


  • Standard Shipping
    – Most orders arrive within 7–12 days from the date of order, depending on destination and customs processing.
    – Transit times can vary; please allow extra time during peak periods.  
  • Express Options
    – Express options will be available shortly. When available, our shipping policy will be updated with estimated shipping times.   



4. Shipping Costs

All orders world wide are shipped for free.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. 


6. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. 


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to view the current status of your delivery through the carrier’s website or tracking portal. 


8. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues. We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package has left our fulfillment center, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.
