Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bichonné. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. In addition to this statutory right, Bichonné offers an extended return window as described below.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@bichonne.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide instructions and the relevant return address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • For defective or damaged items: return shipping will be covered by us.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive your return and verify eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Initial shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. After shipment, our standard return process applies.
